Improved the success rate of the customer service team's ability to answer customer's requests, and improved the quality of bug reports made by the customer service team, by inventing a simple developer's tool originally designed for debugging the service.


These pages took about an hour to create and commit to the database.

These pages resulted in reduced development time. Information commonly requested by the customer service team was now immediately available: "Why did this customer have an irrelevant photos listed?" and "Why was this Japanese restaurant classified as Korean?"

The customer service team also used this tool to answer questions for customers. This was a big improvement over telling the users "we don't know, we'll get back to you".
